- Captain at McDaniel College.
Stevie coaches technique only. He is a current NCAA coach at Trinity, so he does not take part in our recruiting work while NCAA rules are reviewed.

We watch your video and mark it up with notes. We look at your strokes, starts, turns, underwaters, and finishes. You get a short list of what to work on and drills for each one.

How to send video
- Pick a review above.
- Film from the side, level with the swimmer. Hold the phone sideways and keep the swimmer big in the frame.
- Name each clip with the event and what it shows, like 100FL-race-1 or BK-start-2.
- Upload the clips with the form.
Follow your meet's camera rules. Never film in locker rooms.

How to film
- Film from the side, square to the board. Hold the phone sideways.
- Show the whole dive, from your approach or back press to the entry.
- Film 2 or 3 attempts of each dive. One board per review.
- Name each clip with the dive number, position, and attempt, like 103B-1.
- Upload the clips with the form.
Follow your pool's camera rules. Ask a coach or parent to film.
